What happens to your details when you contact us

What this site collects

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation, role, and your message. Nothing is collected until you submit that form.

This site runs no analytics scripts and sets no tracking cookies. There is no advertising pixel and no third-party script watching what you read.

Where it goes

When you submit an enquiry form, your details pass through two service providers: Google LLC (Google Sheets), where submissions are recorded, and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365), which delivers the notification email to our desk. Both operate infrastructure outside Kenya, so your data may be transferred and stored abroad. We only use providers offering protections that meet the standards of the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

We use your details for that purpose only: responding to the enquiry you raised. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to send you anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are relevant to the engagement they relate to. If you would like a record of your enquiry deleted, write to us using the contact below and we will action it.
